Santiago to Finisterre

My wife and I are arriving in Santiago on 21st July and leaving on the 26th. This gives me 5 nights on then Camino. My thoughts are to walk from Santiago to Finisterre and end up at the end of the world, for our 20th wedding anniversary. Has anyone got any suggestions re. route, accomodation or other tips? This is my first Camino and all suggestions are most welcome.
