Thanks Ivar! Do you know the timing of filling out the Spanish health form? How many days in advance? And any new suggestions as to getting Covid antigen or PCR in Santiago for return to US? Thank you!

Not sure... A day or two before should be ok (I did not read the instructions in detail). If it does not say anything, just do it before you leave. I think it generates a QR code that you need to show once in Spain (but I might be wrong).
