Greetings,
a group of us from the Cincinnati Ohio region are starting to plan a trip for 2014. My thanks to those of the group here who have already posted so much wonderful information. don't kow how much we'll do, or which route. but my vote is for not to crowded.

Peace to all
David

€2,-/day will present your project to thousands of visitors each day. All interested in the Camino de Santiago.
If your vote is not too crowded, go for the Via de la Plata! It's great, and you can easily do smaller segments if the entire trek is too much.

Good luck!

Melanie

For me, last year on the Portuguese was perfect - not too crowded, no problem with beds in April. This year [in May] I found the VdlP too crowded. If you didn't book in by around 3 p.m. the albergues could be full. Then came ten days of rain and blisters, and I finally had to give up. Bitterly disappointed!
Whatever you choose - buen camino!

Stephen.

The one from Galicia (the round) and the one from Castilla & Leon. Individually numbered and made by the same people that make the ones you see on your walk.
