Gone are the days where you ever need to carry a backpack on the Camino. This nifty little number will carry up to 44 lb / 20 kg.

Great little ‘gadget ‘ but can’t envisage it ‘jumping’ rock to rock to cross a stream.

It does make me shake my head in wonder for the future though.

Scary IMHO. If I had one, it would likely go walkabout on me and disappear forever...

What about a downhill section...?

Fortunately, not too many cliffs on the Camino, from what I have seen on both routes.

Keep the homing device in your pocket and it follows you everywhere. Downhills? I believe it has a regenerative low gear.
