The last part of the Camino Frances

Hello,

We have got 7 days at the end of May - we are thinking of picking up the camino at Triacestela or Cebreiro - 2 questions I'd be grateful for some advice on:

1) How many days is it roughly from each to Santiago de Compostela - I'm thinking 6 ?
2) Does anybody know whether we can get Pilgrims Passes from either of these towns?

Triacastela is about 21 km past O'Cebreiro and about 6 standard stages from Santiago.

O'Cebreiro to Santiago is about 163 km or about 23km per day (7 days)

Pirlgrim Passports are available in both places at the Albergues.

Neither places are that easy to get to by local transport (you can get a taxi to either).
Buses don't go to O Cebreiro itself, they stop at Piedrafita O Cebreiro which is about 5km down the hill from the town.
To get to Triacastela you must go to Lugo first and then get the Mono bus to Triacastela.
