Now I get it!! I was looking for the piece of lettuce that the arrow was pointing to ... duh!

To me, that’s not lettuce, that a piece of arugula ...

It is amazing (and funny) how our brains are attuned to an arrow in a particular shape (and sometimes a particular colour).
