Hi - a video from Prince Ea, that great narrative poet . ... when those questions come up from people who don't want you to go ... think it is pointless ... when you question yourself and put yourself off by how hard it will be ... all those things ..
play this - to them, to yourself!! "people don't choose dreams, dreams choose them" works for me

What??? I got the same feeling as the first time I reached 0,00km marker at Finisterre lighthouse. I wasn't crying, weeping, the tears just rolled down my cheeks.
Thanks for sharing, David!

The focus is on reducing the risk of failure through being well prepared. 2nd ed.
Thank you so much for posting this David and for introducing me to a new - and modern - poet.

Having spent some years volunteering in a hospice I can attest to Prince Ea's statement that regrets on our death bed are more about what we didn't do...

Technical backpack for day trips with backpack cover and internal compartment for the hydration bladder. Ideal daypack for excursions where we need a medium capacity backpack. The back with Air Flow System creates large air channels that will keep our back as cool as possible.

How beautiful! Something to really think about, thank you for sharing.

I still have the 3rd 3rd of the Frances to go. And I always have my pack packed with my dedicated and tested camino kit. Except for my down sleeping bag that would be packed last minute I could go at the drop of a hat.

I walk caminos. 14 in last 6 years. When not on Camino I run a charity to help old people. I bring them out for walks. Started 1km now up to 5km. Some have left nursing homes and now living independently. No help from authorities but I do it anyway. I am not much younger and sometimes older than people I help , they love life now instead of ' waiting for good ' get off the couch and walk

Thanks, for the inspiration... I jumped off the lounge went for a ten Klm hike in 30+C heat... Mentally thanking god I am doing a winter Camino next month!!!

Thank you so much David for posting this inspirational video. It has reinforced my decision to forsake family responsibilities and pack my backpack for my first Camino this coming April!

I have just shared on Facebook. Not something I do often as it needs to be pretty extraordinary.

Thanks, sharing, David! I just sent clips to my grand sons and other young ones.
It's inspiring. We are down at Gulf of Mexico in Port Aransas Texas, while we are down here doing training for the next year March 20th Camino, its our first time.
We are over 70 and close to 80, but we decided to do it. And we also started
Stretching and breathing exercises to our community especially to our parish members, everyone loves doing it. As long we live share what we know and improve our health and being motivated by it. Thanks again. From CathyK.
