I am returning for Camino #2 (Frances) with hopes of completing this time. In March 2018 I made it to Torres Del Rio (day 7) and with a serious foot injury, a physician at Logrono hospital suggested I return home (in a wheelchair)! After much physiotherapy and training, I was able to complete a half marathon in early May. My approach will be less rigid this time so hopefully the 26 ish days I have will produce a better outcome.
I arrive Madrid Sunday September 1 @ 0730. Euro rail leaves 1800 for Logrono- was hoping for earlier connection! Hope to meet up with more wonderful folks for my fall journey. Nancy from Winnipeg Manitoba Canada .

You should check Renfe’s website directly. https://venta.renfe.com/vol/search.do?c=_TmbB

It shows trains also at 07:30, 14:30 and 15:30.

ALSA Bus runs many inexpensive, clean, and comfortable buses every day on the Madrid to Logrono route -- virtually non-stop.... I'll be on one myself on September 17....

The Logrono bus leaves from the airport. No transfer less waiting.
