Six or seven hours. Rome2Rio has two buses (Muxia to Santiago and then Santiago to Porto).

In 2017 and 2018 I started from Muxia at 6h45, I arrived in estacion de autobuses de Santiago. Then I waited an hour and took another bus to Porto. But pay attention on bus timetable on Muxia, depending day of the week and some special days
