Travel considerations during "Day of Asturias" (September 8, 2022) regional holiday

Time of past OR future Camino
Camino Primitivo
Are public services and transportation closed throughout the Principality of Asturias on the Day of Asturias (taking place in 2022 on September 8th)?

Based on what I read HERE it appears to be an enjoyable experience if you happen to be in a city such as Oviedo (street parties, outdoor music and food, etc.). I just wasn't sure if I should be mindful of anything that might be closed that day -- for example, museums, restaurants, transportation [trains or buses to Oviedo from elsewhere], banks, etc. -- if I took a rest day in Oviedo before starting the Primitivo the next day.

I appreciate anyone's input who has firsthand experience with this regional holiday.

Thank you!

I have experience of other regional holidays in Spain (and national ones for that matter.) although not that specific one.

Consider booking your accommodation well in advance. Public holidays can be ‘visiting the family’ occasions.

The public sector will most likely be closed - museums etc - whilst the private sector will be borrowing spare tables and taking over the pavement outside the museum to serve more diners.

Banks likely to be closed - but other than an ATM what might you need one for on any specific day?

Inter-regional transport will be unaffected.
