There are some exciting new developments in sleeing bags with really ultralight models available - most of them at heavyweight prices!
The Yeti Passion 1 is the lightest sleeping bag on the market at the moment at 255g (it will set you back about $400)
Nunatak Arc Edge weighs between 285g and 340g, and the most expensive bag appears to be the Nunatak Alpinist at $464!!
The Laser 300 Elite weighs 330g and PHDesign's Minimum Ultra weighs 345g and PHDesigns allows you to design your own sleeping bag - at a price of course!

I have put a new post on my blog listing most of the ultralight sleeping bags available today.

What's the best way to choose a sleeping bag? The lighter, the better?

Or 'comfort' must be taken into account? I believe that, in hostels, there's always a mattress to put our sleeping bag on... or am I wrong?
