Be careful, "hit me" and "hit on me" have very different meanings...
Where do you want to start? In Arles? You should be aware that the Arles route can be quite lonely (last year only 164 pilgrims walked from Arles to Santiago). Some of the sections are remote and physically challenging. You often need to book ahead for a bed in a "gite d'etape", and the cost is usually around €20-35. It's very different to the camino paths in Spain - it definitely needs more planning, more flexibility, and a higher budget.
Anyway
this website will help you to get started (it's in Spanish, but you should be able to get some basic information. For anything you don't understand, there's always Google translate!)
The Arles route turns into the "Aragones" from Somport (in the Pyrenees) and then joins the
Camino Frances in Puente la Reina. Happy planning!
