Where to get a passport in Leon?

I arrived in the city last night and am hoping to get a passport before I start walking at around 8am. Does anyone know where I can get one this early? The next stop will be Hospital de Orbigo

At the albergue of the Benedictinas Carabajos, plaza Santa Maria del Camino, IF you get there before 08:00 you can obtain your Pilgrim passport /Credencial. The albergue will close between 08:00 and 11:00. for cleaning.
