Where to join the Camino France (last 100km)

Hi, I was speaking to my daughter about doing the last 100km to Santiago ( I'll be starting in France) where would be the best place be for her to start from/meet me :!: Flight would be from Dublin preferably or Gatwick

A round trip to Santiago on the plane, and a bus from the airport to Lugo, then Sarria, and you can meet for the last 100 km.
