WisePilgrim app for iPhone

Has anyone had any experience of using the Wise Pilgrim app (free) which provides info on stages of the camino (accommodation, bars, water fountains, etc)?? Would this replace a book guide?

I am using it successfully. However, be aware this is apparently last year's info so many of the albergues are 2 euros more than stated. Otherwise it had been good.

Thanks. As it turns out there are apps for many camino's- but not le Puy

Today I called about a private room advertised on the app for 15 euros and it is now 25. So it's out of date in regards to prices.
