Surviving Lightning

Time of past OR future Camino

Recently in Oregon, we've had several people hit by lightning.
Some died, some survived.
But it has convinced me that we pilgrims need to file away some information on what to do if we are caught in a lightning storm, say out on the Meseta where there is no shelter.

Here is a good website I recently found on the topic.
Reading this could save a life.

The focus is on reducing the risk of failure through being well prepared. 2nd ed.
Hi Annie

I just found this - I've had some instruction re lightening before, but there was more info in your link, so thank you - I've bookmarked it and will get my daughter to read it. :) (that 'smiley' looks quite scary, doesn't it ! )
