I remember riding my bike under this "overpass"- its about 2 km east of Trabadelo (about a third of the way from Villafranca to O 'Cebreiro) - that foot path is were the walking pilgrims walk. The concrete barrier is a bit over a metre high and continues for about the next 500 metres, after which the Camino trail crosses over the road (it's the N-VI - or N6). Stage 26 in Brierleys book.
I like this section because it was exciting to be able to walk under such an amazing assembly of elevated roads - an engineering wonder. I have walked twice on the Camino Duro, the hillside path on the right outside of Villafranca del Bierzo and three times on the path alongside the highway, which I enjoyed better - there was very little traffic so it was quiet, except for the sound of the rushing stream on my left and easy walking.
In 2017 from Villafranca del Bierzo I took Brierly's mountain option to Trabadelo (stayed with Casa Susi). It was challenging in places but it was well away from any car traffic noise,
