I’ve been using a 28L on my current CP from Porto and will arrive in Santiago tomorrow with room to spare … and there will be even more room in it once I polish off these two oranges I’ve been saving for breakfast :)
60L IMHO is too big. Folks go with 30 or even a tad lower. I had 35L and that was plenty.
Take the advice above and ho to a store where you can try some on for a good fit
