    We departed Washington Dulles Airport direct to Lisbon on TAP on 15 April, and yes, upon ticketing check-in they did ask to see a completed PT Locator form. we had both a printed and digital copy on hand, and were able to complete the form the day before our departure. Quote

    I believe that Galacia still requires you to register within 24 hours of arriving in the region - that would mean when walking in from PT. Here is a link that may be helpful. Maybe someone else can offer more details on this process... Coronavirus travelers (sergas.gal)
