Are you planning to walk that day or the next. If you spend the night in Sarria, you can arrange it at your place of rest and pickup up is normally in the morning. For afternoon, you may have to engage a taxi to take it for you.

However you can get certificates at Finistere and Muxia just for having walked those sections. Apply to the local tourist offices at each town. Of course you need credentials plus all the sellos.
