    I have listened to some podcasts at night ( mostly dharma talks) Also, on the Meseta today there were very few people. I listened to favorite albums - Shawn Colvin, Ebba Forsberg, Mary Black, James Taylor. During a 40 km day I loved it- I was dancing. Take earplugs out when meeting people.
