  • I loved Trail Smart. Best feature is being able to consult the GPS when you’re off the Camino line. Was happy with the trail info and albergue info. Was really disappointed with Wise Pilgrim. Crashed a lot, and won’t bookmark where you’re at on trail
    Hey MLW,

I just read a post you wrote that said you were using both Wise Pilgrim and Trail Smart. I'm trying to decide which of those apps to purchase. I have the free version of Trail Smart right now. I'll be doing the Camino Frances, next fall. Which app do you recommend, assuming I don't want to have to pay for, and switch between, two different apps? And did you use an actual guidebook as well, like Brierly?
