    Sleeping mat

    Have walked 4 times and haven't seen anyone needing to use a sleeping mat OR a Thermarest. Ditch them both and you will be down to 11 kilos which is still too much! Peter

Have a look at St Jean, and then walk out mid afternoon. This refuge is dearer than the one at Huntto (6 kms...
