Lots of advertisement for the tour company and very few content. No description of actual exercises, no detailed fitness plans but plenty of missing words. I really hate to leave negative reviews, but this doc seems to be uploaded in a hurry with the sole goal to promote the organized tours offered by this company. Hint: You do not need a tour operator to walk the Camino!
the linked worked fine on January 11, 2016 but this is a simplistic 12 page booklet
