I am trying to book a train from Santiago to Madrid on 7 May and find that all trains are full and also for about the preceding 3 or 4 days. If I go directly to the train station when I arrive in Santiago on the 5th, is there any chance that I could get a ticket? Last year I booked at the...
It's been absolutely freezing on the Camino this last week. I have gone to bed wearing all my clothes that I possess. Not all places supply blankets. I would have died without a sleeping bag.
It is a long haul up to the Somport Pass but quite manageable - I have walked it twice but it is probably more demanding than the St Jean Orisson stretch. I have walked up to Somport once following the path and then once along the road, which is easier in my opinion and also scenically...

Has anyone had any experience of getting to Leon from the airport? Rome2Rio seems to make it very complicated - either the train, which means we have a 5 hour wait to catch it or a weird combination of train and bus, which is 2 hours longer. Is it too early to get accurate information - the...
Wise Pilgrim - I am mystified because I downloaded your Camino Frances app and was not asked to pay anything? I am more than happy to pay for it because I have used your apps for 3 other Caminos, and always recommend them, but it just downloaded immediately
