Given the economic importance of the Camino, one would hope the Politza would do something. But pants around his ankles, and you carrying a pole, I would be very tempted to whack him where it hurts.
Here's the recipe.: Make caramel: Melt a cup of sugar in very little water in a heavy pan until it turns brown. Pour a little into the bottom of 12 ramkins (depends on size). Cool until set.
Flan: beat 10 eggs in 2 litres of milk, if you like it sweet, add one tin(300ml) condensed milk...
I was planning on doing the 2nd half of the GR65, the chemin de St Jacques, in 2018but got food poisoning, then in 2019, but missed out due to a second bout with appendicitisthen missed out due to Covid, like most of us, i am planning a 6 month trip.....but who knows what will happen. A walk...
When are you thinking of doing this precisely 'next year'? I am thinking of doing the same. I realise than since Brexit, I will be more reliant on my Aussie passport, and I was thinking of school in Malaga (I am already quite fluent, as lived in Barcelona as a 14 year old) and taking a quick...
Consider walking the Via Podanasis in France, Le Puy to SJPP. It's beautiful, well organized and NOT crowded. The trains in France are fast, cheap and clean. Only been on better in Japan.
Vale, vale, vale, 'That's right!' or same Latin root, 'Valid! x3. V=B. Viente = 20 you hear bent ay.

As I read this, I am watching French News on SBS in Australia. It is 36C in Paris, maybe 39C. They have rangers in parks telling people not to light fires. Quelle horreur! 5 hectares was burnt. .....as I freeze in 16C Sydney.
I walked this route in 2018 and had no problems. There are streams. there are farms that sell RAW milk at the door (Yes! so much better for the microbiome). OK, I just realized, as an Australian....I don't think 30C is a heatwave. Just watching French News on SBS and it's warm there at 19C...
