Your book sounds most interesting. If it is ready but too expensive to be printed, how about publishing first in Kindle and see? If the Kindle is a success it may be cheaper to publish.

Anecdote: I was going counterflow from Astorga to Leon connecting the VdlP to the San Salvador. Arriving in Hospital de Orbigo the hospitaleira asked “And where have you come from today?” And with a look of pity with the confused old lady (76 at the time) “No, to Astorga you will go tomorrow!”
Amazing for Benedictine monks and several other orders. Cistercians(?) eg. Stayed for several days in Poblet and had to put up in their hostal whereas men could stay within the monastery walls and participate in the lives of the monks.
When I stayed there towards the end of June 2013 the albergue was clean and warm(! important in the cold wet weather!) and well managed with no rumours about any problems. Of course being such a huge setup with no tourists about, shops were closed and the main restaurant as well. But a cafeteria...

Hi Paddy! I had my 80th Birthday camino with the whole family cancelled at Easter and just now the flight from London to Granada with my daughter for the camino from Granada to Córdoba cancelled as well.
As Malingerer said, the camino will still be there, so we have started planning the same...
