I experienced some pain around my knee area and thought for sure I was done. One of the people in my group had diclofenic which totally took of things. I stocked up at the next pharmacy and it took me all the way to the end.
The ISO format is yyyy-mm-dd. I find it much easier since when I see 03-05-2024, depending on the source, I can't tell if it is May 3rd or March 5th. With the ISO format there is no confusion.

I'm a strong proponent of merino. In addition to the CF, I've used them on a trek in Nepal and they didn't smell even after several days of usage. When using synthetics at home I found that I had to use a special detergent as they still sometimes smelled even after washing.
