As others have said, there are no legal requirements anymore to wear a mask here in Spain but you are free to wear one and nobody will stare at you if you do. Personally I still wear a mask in enclosed spaces like shops, but not in the streets.

To answer the original question first: https://www.apothecasantiago.com/voces-mujeres is a small NGO here in Santiago that does exactly what you are looking for. You can contact them in English as one of the founders is an American that lives here.
That is not correct, the woman and child I...
You have to contact your embassy here in Spain who then will contact the police here in Spain. Emergency services /hospitals report such injuries here to the police, so they will be already aware of this.

I post semi regular updates and accountability posts on my website here: http://egeria.house/ and yes, still ongoing and, sadly, still necessary.

@Moorwalker died today after a long illness, I so had hoped to meet here one day in person after we had so many exchanges here and on Facebook. May she rest in peace and may comfort be granted to her family and friends.
@Moondance
Take a breath, and break, first and check https://www.aaspain.org/ and find somebody to support you and THEN you can decide if/when/how you will/can follow your Camino.
Hugs and all the best from Santiago!

Do NOT 'de-roof' it, that just encourages infections! Cut a very small hole into blister, drain it and fill it with iodine cream or liquid, then tape down over night and paper tape for the next day.

Does anybody here know or could you find out (perhaps in a book you have?) what the measurements of the Cruz de Ferro are?
I mean the actual cross, which is now in the museum in Astorga. I have already contacted them but they were so not helpful!
Many Muchas Gracias in advance, SY
