Peripheral Neuropathy and walking the Camino
I have neuropathy from chemo too. I also have stiff joints particularly in my hands. Ill be practicing with poles before i go.I find symptoms are worse on those days I give into the fatigue and don't move too much. That's my only suggestion., to keep moving. Happy to be corrected if I'm wrong. I believe Rometorio gives you current at the time of enquiring info. I've made the same search on different days and read different info. Try the search on the same day of the week that you want to travel.- Jan Vida
