Backpack or just a bag
Whichever way you go just make sure you only stay in places Correos will deliver to. Private albergues are fine but not most airbnbs. You can check on their website before booking places.- melbmeg

Snoring. AARRRGGGGHHHHH!!!!
I do think snorers should try everything they can to fix it before they stay in shared rooms. I tape my mouth closed (which won’t work for those with blocked noses) and my husband who has a blocked nose wears a mouth device he bought on Amazon that pretty much stops him snoring. Plantar fasciitis.
I had PF for years. The only thing that helped me was Oofos flip flops. I wear them at home all the time now and have brought a pair on the Camino in case my PF flares up again. Perhaps worth a try?- melbmeg
