It used to be sold in different percentages...25 75, 50-50, 75-25, now not so sure anymore.
My own way in the US is 50 Starbucks French roast, and 50 medium Cuban coffee beans, ground fine and using a stovetop espresso maker. I pack the grounds mildly to a bit more. Makes a good strong coffee...
Yes there is a lack of torrefacto coffee as someone else mentioned. Many don't even know what it is any more. It used to be 50 50 mix and maybe 75.25 for the stronger more bitter coffee. I've even noticed some Expresso machines on the Camino using kcups for the coffee!

I think the best is translating "al loro" down near the bottom as "to the parrot." Which of course is literal. It means pay attention, or things to watch out for.
