sleeping bag vs silk sheet
I am hiking from pamplona to compestella may 20th to june 20th. I was going to just bring a silk sheet and wear layers at night. However a lot of people recommend a light weight sleeping bag. But I leave in 5 days and the sleeping bags at the store are about $190 vs the silk sheet which is $50...- maggiejoyce22

bus or taxi along route of st jean to pamplona
i was going to do orison on the first route. if i am running later however prior to Larrasoana can i take public transport. I just want to be prepared just incase. Also do you feel I will be safe walking the first 4 days alone as solo female traveler? thank you so much for your advice- maggiejoyce22

My friends are starting in pamplona on may 20th. I am considering flying into paris on 16th taking train to st jean and then starting the hike from st jean to pamplona on 18th.
