Are you 70+ and still walking Caminos?
Yes. I will be 79 in 3 weeks and will be walking Portuguese Camino from Porto in April 2019. Last year with a friend who is 76 we walked the Komano Kodo pilgrimage in Japan which is twinned with the Camino.- bushbaby

Are you 70+ and still walking Caminos?
I walked SJPDP when I was 72 carried my pack except for 3 days. It took 35 days including a break in Burgos and Leon. Did 12 days from Le Puy when I was 75 and in April 2019 I plan to walk the Portuguese from Porto but I plan to have my pack carried. I will be 79. I just hope my knees hold out...- bushbaby

Sleeping bag or no sleeping bag starting StJPP 25 August?
I am doing my first Camino end of August when I guess it will be hot but dont expect to finish until 29/30 September. I am told there are blankets along the way and I have a Thermolite Reactor (supposed to add 8 degrees to a sleeping bag) plus a silk or cotton liner. In the interests of keeping...- bushbaby
