Thoughts on photography and camera selection for the Camino
I brought a Nikon J1, it's great little mirrorless camera. Also brought a CamOne (GoPro knockoff) mounted to my hiking stick with small velcro tripod. The camera on the stick was always out ready to shoot, plus holding it out on the stick I got some great shots and videos that I could not have...- hautshot

Baggage Shipping Question
Just an update...there is no post office in Terminal 4 at Madrid now. There is one in terminal 1 downstairs. You have to take the free shuttle bus from Terminal 4 to get there if you want to send baggage ahead. We were there in October and had no trouble shipping two bags to Santiago.- hautshot
