Walking from Rome to Jerusalem, a 5000-km pilgrimage
I completed the Camino de Frances a little over a month ago, whilst I loved all the people I walked with I feel that I have not found my inner self and I think I am going to put myself through a little more to do this and I think I may just have found the solution- boramoya

Your should be able to get them any where, Pampolana is big place just head towards the centre and there should be a tourist shop that will sell you one.- boramoya

Good luck with this and I hope the weather has improved since I was there March April. If I can give you one piece of advise and that is to bring poles with you it will make your walk a little easier oh and ear plugs are good idea- boramoya

Walking Poles - Bring them they are essential
I have read many articles where people tell you what to bring and what not to bring, including the guide book everyone uses, John Brierley's "Camion de Santiago" and in none of these does it mention the real importance of using walking poles.
