advice on trekking poles please
I used and would recommend some fizan compact light poles from kathmandu in melbourne, they have a 1/2 price sale very often and will be reduced from $200 to $100, from memory they weigh about 160g each, they are very compact and strong, i weigh over 100kg and would put my full weight on them...- MadMax
