    Camino from Porto Airport?

I live near the airport. You can certainly walk. The walk from the airport is what you would expect and it is probably a mile or so to Leça beach. That said I would take the metro to downtown Porto so you can experience the wonderful city. Then follow the arrows to the beach. Just my opinion

Travel Question - Car rental and driver's license

I live in Porto. They recognize US drivers licenses. So you don't need one. That said it's super easy to get one in the US if you want one. Just go to triple A. The prices are cheap but they don't usually include the insurance that is mandatory for foreigners. I highly recommend using a car...

    Accommodation

Do not panic the bus and metro system there is fantastic and they also have Uber and Bolt. So worst case scenario you can use those to go to a place that has rooms. I have never had an issue on the Portuguese route with beds but it is nice to have options

Has anyone ever dealt with shoulder rash?

You could transfer your packs forward for a few days to allow the area to heal. They have great topical creams at the pharmacy. That way you dont have to stop and you can heal

Has anyone ever dealt with shoulder rash?

Is it a rash or chafing? If it is chafing there are ways to adjust most packs so they do not rub. If it's a rash then you should seek medical attention because you would not want to exacerbate the issue with having straps rub on the area. What kind of packs do you have? I would suggest finding...
