My daughter and I start the Francis 20 August. So far I have booked 7 days ahead. Most have been via Booking.com who seem to have non-refundable bookings. Hello Linda, I booked with Orisson a few days ago, (from NZ) they asked for a deposit. Go back and view your email - there is an ACTION in the email that you use to complete booking, otherwise it doesn't happen. Good Luck, Diane- Gypsywoman
