Ooooh yikes. Having used the Snore Lab app I learned that I snore too! Especially after a big hike or…wine. 🤷🏻♀️ I use nasal strips and that has helped a ton! Hopefully their intention was to be kind by doing that instead of smacking you? But nooo thank you.
