Walking the Del Norte March 3 - 11
I am free to do a solo walking journey on the del Norte from approx. March 3 - 11 and wondering about week long suggested routes. I am relatively fit and looking to walk minimum 20k/day. However, I do need to consider really steep passages as knees not quite what they were. I’m thinking slow...- gayeh

Excited and Daunted
To deter bedbugs: permetherine is a spray that can be applied to ones backpack etc. Also, consider a silk liner for your sleeping bag. Good protection as they do exist. Although some say with covid, the population will be down :)- gayeh
