We ( Vagabond VIEIRAS ) are still under construction at our donativo in La Portela de Valcarce but based on news we have heard, we anticipate sometime in the fall / winter. There is a good article about Spain’s plans in relation to re-opening the country to tourism it’s in the ABC.- Vagabond Vieiras
