You are pretty well off in Australia with 4 weeks off. I won't get that until 20 years with the company. I'm at 7 years now. However I too can save up to 240 hours but I don't have to figure in weekends. That would be about 42 days off for me. Should be plenty. Now to just save it...
Maybe we can recommend some easy to use apps. What type of phone are you planning on getting?

I have Tapatalk Pro but have started connecting with Ivars new forum branded Tapatalk and now get Google ads at the bottom of my screen. These ads are annoying and if they look similar I feel your pain. So far the ads have all been religious based. If they become more annoying or change to...
Looking at the kilometers from the home page they look fairly close. Your mileage may vary depending on alternates and side trips you may undertake.

Not looked at Bordeaux to Roncesvalles yet but this website http://www.godesalco.com/plan/frances is a planner for Camino Frances, starting from Roncesvalles, that doesn't make you stick to stages out of a book. Most if not all can be under 20km on length.

Thats it!!! Bedbugs bite you if you have a fruit based beverage like wine but not a vegetable based beverage like corn whisky... That would satisify all posts. Alcohol may help but wine doesn't. While wine doesn't, being a vegan does..
I think i've cracked it.. Now lets wait for the posts...
This is a good point. I use Tapatalk on my smart phone and I don't think the "private" function works with all forum software. There has been talk about Tapatalk users on SMF forums being able to see areas they don't normally have access to. As I am using Tapatalk right now I cannot see what...
My 2 cents. I have not even made my first pilgrimage but don't exclude my voice on that account.
I agree with Ivar that you want someone to come forward rather than ask someone. People that feel pressured into a decision perform less well than one that embraces the idea and invests resources...
Re: Re: Why has "No Money" topic pilgrim created such controvers
Still... From a soul that has yet to walk this has been a fun read.
I am not discouraged by the read either. I figure everyone has their own reasons for wanting to walk. I'm not to judge their reason but to stay focused on my...
Deborah,
I am interested. Personal replies seem to be generating errors from my end. Perhaps you can connect with me.
I live in Orlando near Walt Disney World (and work there as well).

I'm with Robert and Mystcl. This isn't a race or one-upsmanship challenge. Walk at your own pace what ever it is. If walking with others, set a stopping place in advance for each night. You get there when you get there and not a moment sooner.
I plan on going slow and taking the time to pray...
Wandering, I too have made rosaries but I made them as a member of "Our Lady Rosary Makers" and senr them to African missions.
They sell all the parts and tools on their website at http://www.OLRM.com.
They also have instructional videos if you are in need.
I have taught children as young as 7...
