    Did it make a difference

Haha,, two weeks, nothing. You'll be talking, thinking about it forever and, if you're like many of us on the forum, return visits become a real longing. Enjoy.

So much sensible advise above. Do not be afraid to walk as a solo female, there are many of us out there and you will definitely have the support of other pilgrims. In my mind, it is one of the best places you could be. Time to reflect, but also to look forward. Be free and open, receive and...

When Posting Reviews on Gronze . . .

Having just stayed in several donavito on the Mozarabe (thanks to Nely's concise information), I can say that I certainly appreciated them, with or without a hospitaleros. All so varied which adds to the adventure and often the only accommodation in some out of the way areas.

Possibility for floating (tanks) along the Norte?

I think this might be on my "to try" list, but not in a pod as I'm claustrophobic. Research to do when I get home. Thanks for the idea.

A Camino "dry run" - what I learned from the Milford Track

Asking in ignorance here. The slots that you are all speaking about. Are these to reduce the number of people on the trail, so environmentally good; for safety or ........? Do you have to pay to walk the trails? Just curious as I've never heard of this before.

Listening to music while on the camino

Totally agree. Music is wonderful if not forced on those who prefer to walk with their own thoughts

Listening to music while on the camino

On previous caminos I've listened to music when I needed a bit of motivation , or just sang out loud. This next one , I will be listening for part of everyday as I have a bunch of songs to learn by heart. Repetition will help them stick. Again, towards the end of the day and with just one ear...

Not everyone happy about pilgrim/tourist pressure.

I remain dressed as a pilgrim. Really do not want any more luggage.

    Rosa del camino

I looked in the catalogue (I'd love to have some in my garden) but at the moment they are not available. I've written to ask about availability later in the year. I'll let you know when I get a reply.

Nicknaming the People You Walk With

I walked for part of my first Camino F with Chris the Guitar (he carried a guitar all the way and would stop to sing in chapels and bars) and Cowboy (a Texan) both seemed happy and were called hat by the members of our short term çamino family.
