    I always take my Wakwaka solar charger / flashlight. After a day's walking, I can charge my phone and find my way around in the dark.

    When I'm on the comino I too prefer to walk alone. I find it gives me not only the freedom to travel at my own speed, but it allows me to appreciate what I'm seeing, hearing, and feeling. I agree - it is "self-care" and not selfishness.

    I always bring my Waka Waka. It's a lightweight solar charger and torch (flashlight) I can attach to my backpack to recharge my phone and sport watch. (https://waka-waka.com/en/product/wakawaka-power-yellow/). I can even use it to read at night in my bunk in an albergue.
