I feel for you because I wanted to quit so many times. I think if you are feeling torn between finishing and quitting that you will feel better a month from now if you look back and know you did finish. But if the heat and environment are really getting to you, of course take care of yourself.

In my memory there was always coffee nearby! I'm vegan and only drink soy or almond or oat milk, which was almost impossible to find, so I did carry my own, but coffee was easily available everywhere. Viva 🇪🇸
This is a great thread! I am vegan and had a hard time on the Norte. I only walked it for a week. San Sebastian has amazing food. I would go there again in a heartbeat just to eat at one special vegan place there that was cheap and fantastic!

I'm having a really hard time with the food. I also reintroduced dairy for this occasion. I'm living on cheap quality pastries, fried potatoes, and"salad" that's lettuce, onions, and maybe one half of a tomato. I had such an easy time eating in Italy. For me Spain has been really hard except...
