My "educated guess" was based on my experience volunteering in the Pilgrim Office last Fall. Hope that doesn't take anything away from my win.
Thanks for the fun quiz!
Ultreia!
This is a wonderful post! Thank you. I have spent part of the last three winters in NM, staying in Santa Fe, but making frequent trips to Albuquerque (where I was always scouting out walking trails...) This year we stayed along the Acequia Madre, which I walked along every day. I felt a special...
Thank you for bringing this topic up.
My meltdown happened in the Parador in Leon.
Understand, I had been staying in donativo and municipal albergues from SJPP up until that point. Somewhere around Belorado I started to feel pain in my right knee that turned into full blown tendonitis and I...
Thank you for sharing this interesting article! As a pilgrim and a hospitalera, I have met many Korean pilgrims along The Way and enjoyed all of them. As a hospitalera in Bercianos I had many offers from Korean women to help me with the cooking, serving and cleaning up the communal meal. Most...
Thank you Elle for posting this and for your valuable e-book! Since I have been doing my daily yoga (on and off the Camino!), my body has been much happier! Also love your blogs! Muchas gracias por todo!

Love this idea! Hope you can keep the dream alive and I will come to volunteer! My question is about obtaining a long term visa as a US citizen. Is this difficult? Anyone know? Ultreia! elle
Many thanks for this reminder of all those, Ivar and all, who keep us pilgrims lifted up as we walk our paths throughout Spain and the world! I hold all of you in complete gratitude and love and send light out to all who hold this time of the year as sacred and holy, in any shape or form.
As my...

So grateful for your post!!
I love this song and sing in my horrible French what words I DO know and hum the rest as I walk. In walking the CP in September, I did not hear it but once (not nearly as many French pilgrims) and sang along as they passed me by, bringing giant smiles to their faces...
Buen Camino Mark! I also am off to the Portugués in September, but unfortunately, no where near Bercianos. Someday, hope to serve again/visit. Ultreia! elle
