    I wore my contacts during the day and switched to my glasses before showering. Due to a recent eye infection, next time I plan to take daily contacts. I don't know what the weight difference will be, but peace of mind is more important with regards to eye care. Denise

    http://www.telestial.com I use a Telestial sim from my quad band phone. Rates are good and it comes with a UK number and a US number. Family at home can call free from their cell phones to my US number. I have used it many times while in Europe and even Central America.
