    Just finished 14mile walk wearing and carrying exactly what i will be wearing and carrying on the Camino next week. Some slight reajustments on my rucksack and im good to go :)

    Thanks for the tip. I have now got the CDs and like you, I listen to them through out the day. Even listen to them in bed but he has such a soothing voice that I always fall asleep within 10 minutes of listening. T
