Done this route last Thursday no problems much better than other route which I done 6 years ago. Quite well marked the advice I give that while walking by the river dont take any of the yellow arrows to the right (bridges) until you can clearly see Burgos Cathedral. You have done very detailed...
Meant to reply to this earlier. Used it on the Primitivo in Sept and then on to Switzerland, no problems anywhere. I used the following Airports, Dublin, Santander, Santiago de Compostella, Zurich, Geneva.
I have a problem with two people sharing a 10 euro menu, these places have overheads, two plates! Personally I would be too embarrassed to ask for it. If you don't want the full menu I am sure there were many other options. Give to the local economy.
I have walked the Via de la Plata on a couple of occasions starting in early Feb, no problem. Also done from Astorga to Santiago in late Feb early March, snow but passable.

Thank you very much for your kind comments, the dates on the Frances were 29 th February to 9 March 2016. I cannot comment on how typical the snow as it was first "Snow Camino". But in reality the snow was not a problem.
I have just come home from a long Camino from Seville to Astorga and then on to Santiago de Compostela. I posted Via de la Plata updates as I was walking but did not do anything on the Frances section. Some of you may know that I have photographed many Camino routes over the last five years. I...
